We haven’t had much interest in the property since it went on the market and fairly minimal communication from Hunters. It has however been a notoriously quiet part of the year for house sales.

Unfortunately, the house didn't sell. We were going to try rent the property through them, but for a few reasons, decided to use another agent instead.
I will certainly consider returning to Hunters when we put the house on the market again.

As a couple that needed to reluctantly downsize, Debbie at Hunters found us the perfect property. Although we know Ilkley quite well, Debbie’s local knowledge helped hugely. She was patient and listened to us without judgement. Hunters and Debbie have made what could have been a stressful move to an easy transition. Debbie’s attention to detail is excellent and my husband and I felt safe and secure in the very emotional move. We love Ilkley and its fabulous community. Anyone wishing to buy or sell in Ilkley I could not recommend Hunters highly enough.

We bought our house through Hunters 5 years ago so we decided to sell through them this year. Lester and the team were very professional and despite a few hiccups ( not their fault) our sale went through and we were very happy with the service they gave us. Would recommend them.

Great experience with the lettings team. Was trying to find a place during covid, they kindly did a remote viewing for me, and then gave me time time come and look at the place in person. And during my tenancy they were always super speedy with anything that did come up. Couldn't have asked for more to be fair

This was the worst sale I have experienced during my 7 3 year life and left me drained mentally & physically. My late 96 year old small flat took 2yrs 4mths to get rid of which cost a total of approx £14k & the stress involved. I changed agents but blame some of it on outdated property market protection for sellers especially when it is was sold to the
exchange stage before pull out with no compensation. The unprecedented depressed market from 2019 affected by the EU elections, 2 General Elections, Parliamentary paralysis,and the Coronavirus would have finished anyone weaker than me.I could go on about paying exorbitant council rates for empty flats of £3k.This is just some of obstacles involved without mentioning suppliers & Government & Utilitity institutions with poor IT systems.

Amazing team! Due to their fantastic reputation, I listed my house to rent with them. Not only did they rent it immediately, they got me a much better price that another local agent had. They are very professional and responsive. I cannot fault them.

I have just moved home but I was in a rented property with Hunters for two years. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and extremely professional. I had some issues with the boiler being replaced and could have been without heating and hot water one weekend in December. Jayne Burdon did everything she could to ensure that that didn't happen and the boiler was fixed on the Saturday afternoon. I realised that whenever I had an issue, however small that the response was extremely quick and efficient. I felt that I was in safe hands and would definitely recommend Hunters as a reliable and efficient estate agent
