Tom and the team have looked after my property for over 4 years. I had moved away with work and put my lovely home in their hands to manage. Through the 4 years, everything was so so easy, any issues were dealt with super quick and never cost the earth- just superb. They were always there at the end of the phone or txt message, just fantastic service. I was 300 miles away from the property but never felt out of the loop. I can honestly only describe the team as extended family. I then decided it was time to sell and move permanently. I had 3 valuations for my property, Iagents were the highest the next valuation was 80k lower! I was wary but knew that the team at Iagents knew their stuff and Tom was confident with his valuation. So I went with his valuation after being told by another local agent there would be no way on earth I would get anywhere near close to that valuation… 3 days later I received an offer… well over Iagents valuation. It made me sad that another local agent had valued my main asset 100k lower than what I received. Honestly can not recommend this team highly enough, they so work hard and take pride in their business, genuine honest guys who know everything there is to know about property.
