This has to be the easiest review of my life. IMA Group of companies have a fantastic organisational structure, with their ultimate star player, Meer Shah, a clear favourite in the office and amongst tenants. Myself and my flatmate were nestled in a quiet pocket of south west London, in a thoughtfully constructed IMA ground-up development. The ergonomic design suited us to the ground, and I think Meer had something to do with that. When problems (albeit minor) reared their ugly head, Meer was just a phone call away to swiftly mop the problems up. High spec property, at what can be called, in 2024, rock bottom prices! Hats off to IMA, and Meer. The only problem I had during my tenure, was that Google doesn't have 10 stars! Well done

Comfortably the best letting agent I've dealt with. Historically when renting in London I've been apprehensive, as often agents seem simply to be after your money, rather than aiming to provide a high level of service to their tenants - I'm pleased to say that this was not the case with IMA. Any issues we raised were resolved very swiftly and with minimum fuss. In particular I have to thank the rising star of IMA - Meer Shah! Meer has been immeasurably helpful from the get-go of our tenancy, and worked tirelessly to accommodate us when our living circumstances changed mid lease. 5 thoroughly deserved stars.

I've just recently started renting a property with IMA group. I'm very impressed by the level of professionalism and the eagerness to make things right and do everything well.
I've had unfortunate experiences with previous landlords and I always hesitate when looking at rental properties, knowing in many ways the quality of living I have is in my landlords hands.
My experience with IMA so far has been great, any issues I've had have been quickly noted and are being sorted out properly. It gives me a sense of relief knowing my property manager and IMA do care about my quality of living.

A really trust and responsive company. I'm living in a flat rented by IMA and I'm super happy. The people working there are really nice, always ready to help for any problem in the most efficient way! Meer Shah is my point of contact in the company and he is a really trustable person. The bulding I'm living in is really modern and beautiful, couldn't be more happy. Absolutely recommend!

The accommodation is a very nice new build. Overall they have been reasonable and responsive and have kept us happy in the flat for what will be our 3rd year. Meer has been a great contact person to work with and is always very friendly and professional. He's always available and responds quickly to our communications.

No shortcuts, no hidden costs and no issues. Have let all my properties through IMA and trust them implicitly. Completely ad-hoc to lettings and sales; IMA managed to reduce my Council Tax banding helping me and all future tenants.
I don't consider other agents when renewing and reletting.

Me and my boyfriend rented an apartment using the services of IMA Group of Companies. The team was incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process - arranging a viewing, going through the referencing process, moving in and handling any queries after move in. Furthermore, any query (both before and after moving in) was immediately addressed. 10/10 would recommend.

I am a landlord and have been working with Meer at IMA in the lettings department to manage my property.
He is incredibly diligent and detail orientated, doing exactly what I pay for - giving me a hassle free and hands off way of managing my property and giving me a decent yield.
I fully trust IMA to do the right thing by me, and not squander my money. He does quarterly inspections to keep tabs on the flat. He generates competing quotes for comparisons should work be done. And generally goes the extra mile to keep me happy!
