Avoid this agency. They are extremely unprofessional and show a serious lack of communication and care. We are still waiting for our deposit more than a month later. During this time, they failed to contact us and repeatedly told us to deal directly with the landlord, whom we had to chase extensively as he was ignoring us. The agency then advised us to raise a dispute with TDS, but when the landlord finally sent a confirmation email approving the deposit release, they claimed it was still not sufficient. Every time we call, we speak to a different agent and receive completely different information. The lack of internal communication within the office is shocking. Renting the property was just as frustrating. The agent failed to complete essential documents, and I even took a day off work expecting to receive the keys, only to discover he had forgotten to prepare the contract, request our documents, and complete the process. I had to resend the same documents multiple times because they clearly do not check their emails. Overall, a very stressful and poorly managed experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency.

I would like to say a big “Thank you “ to Jessica Pickess from the Uxbridge branch of Coopers. She managed to find me the flat that I wanted , which I was convinced was not possible. I had a few bad experiences with other estate agents , who appeared to be uninterested in helping me due to the fact I am a pensioner . When I met Jessica, she done the opposite, she tried harder, as I work full time and can afford the rent as much as someone younger. I turned down a lot of properties that I viewed because I wanted to bring my furniture with me to help me feel more at home. Jessica respected this and each flat I viewed, was closer to what I wanted, she never hurried me. Now she has found me my dream flat and I move in tomorrow, I am so grateful for this???? I will always be grateful to Jessica for this. I really would like to say a few words for one particular agent at coopers in Uxbridge, she managed to find me my dream property which I thought was against all odds. I tried a few estate agents before I was lucky enough to meet Jessica Pickess, I am in my 60s and single , which didn’t appear to go down well with other estate agents. Jessica was a breath of fresh air, she listened to what I was looking for and never gave up until she found it for me. Her patience with me was admirable. I am a very panicky person, and she remained calm with me throughout the process, which took a couple of months. I’m particularly awful at communicating online and she always assured me that she would give help whenever I needed it. And she always did. I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agent.
They were quick to chase Deposit, but incredibly slow to address their responsibilities of guiding innocent clients. At the end , there were unjustified reply from the Deposit Return and the process of getting it back was unnecessarily drawn out. As they say that Landlord refuse to rent the property. They kept my £219 i feel like they scammed me. They said that my references failed but when I requested proof they don't want to give me. I checked my credit score and it's all OK.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional or reliable service. Renters deserve better. The house was a studio flat in Uxbridge.

Appalling Service!
Arranged a viewing, liked the property filled in offer form. Letting Agent named Honor said landlord would like to meet you. So arranged a meeting I met the landlord. Next day got an email from Honor that landlord is looking for someone who will take on the property for long term. As his previous tenants were there for 4 years.
Whereas I clearly mentioned on the offer form that I was looking for one year tenancy agreement as advertised on the add.
My 1st concern is why did he even called me to meet him whereas I clearly offered 1 year tenancy! Waste of time meeting landlord!
My 2nd concern is that what is the point of dealing with letting agent if tenant is going to get interviewed by the Landlord!
Very unprofessional way cooper dealt with this situation. No correspondence from Coopers!

Any queries I would have, there is always a prompt answer from her. Because of her guidance and support, my move to this flat last week was really smooth and I'm really settling well . And up to this point , she is still wishing me well and providing me the necessary info needed.

We just started a tenancy with coopers as the letting agent. Unfortunately not the best experience. Although staff were initially nice they did not provide accurate information on the property adding stress to the relocation. There were missing keys and misinformation which made it near impossible to move in after agreeing to the tenancy. The property was of a poor standard of cleanliness even though we were assured to enter a properly cleaned to a professional standard. Although followed up with the last point, no action has been taken. The landlord is separate to the agency and there is clearly no communication between them before or during the process of starting a tenancy . Overall a very poor experience where we felt disregarded for and of low value.

So called up about a property went for a viewing to which i was happy with proceeded with everything they emailed me saying the offer for the rent was accepted then sent me this to which i provided all information and provided the holding deposit then right move asked for this refrence infomation which i provided, then after 2 weeks off them have me running around they ask for a copy off my work contract which i cant disclose due to NDA's so they refused me the property even though i provided everything else so i ask for my holding deposit back to which they are refusing saying it states it say it was not refundable which was never disclosed in the email so avoid using right move and coopers

Hi I would like to make a complaint about Sophie Gordon who is a lettings consultant. I just had a viewing with her and she did not come for the viewing. I had emailed her I was on my way to the viewing as I was running 5 minutes late due to the delayed trains. Sophie failed to provide the right contact number for me to reach her on and therefore wasted 1hr and 20 minutes of my time which I had taken to travel to the viewing. I'm very disappointed in your customer service and I highly recommend you to train your staff on how to communicate better with clients.

The valuation is done by one person and then another agent takes over to sell your home. The agent was nice & I preferred him over the other 2 valuers too. Ideally I'd like to have gotten a reduction in the cost though as the buyer of my property I was the one to show them around on both occasions and the agents hadn't actually met them / done any work to secure them.
