Had Oak Estates sell my house this year, they were fantastic, had Kris show up and build a good rapport, took pictures and got the negotiations underway, we pushed the price up and got a great deal on the house. Nicki was so helpful along the way, keeping tabs and communicating often to keep me updated how things were going, really enjoyed the process. I have rented from Carly from Oak Property’s for a few years now. It’s the worst experience of my life. As soon as something went wrong she went missing. Took two years to half fix a leak, I got blamed for everything. I had to record videos of human fetal matter on my wall, leaks coming through the ceiling. My entire home is full of mold and damp. I’m looking after my mother at the moment. She has a tumor in her lower back. Carly decided along with the landlord to evict me from my home using a non fault eviction. I’m destroyed, mentally I’m finished. What ever you do, do not trust oak property rentals or Carly their letting agent. They seem nice until something goes wrong. Please see selection of pictures I’ve attached to this review to prove what I’m saying is factual. Over 40 grand in rent I paid to them over the years. only to receive a non fault eviction. I just hope I survive this. No one cares and no one will read this anyway. So what’s the point…... Read more

Avoid this estate agent as they are among the least competent in the industry. Save your money and time by steering clear of them. After being involved in a deal for three months, we ultimately decided to withdraw. The agents are unresponsive and conceal many anomalies of the houses. Their primary aim seems to be putting "sold" signs in front of houses to secure their commissions. Therefore, please beware!... Read more
