Total bottom, moth and seaweed !! At the end of the rental, they did not give me the deposit, they stole the whole pledge, they issued a fictitious bill without proof of expenses. Attention I do not recommend these thieves !!... Read more

Think carefully before paying reference fees as they will collect your money and offer the flat to the applicant they prefer , and will not give you your money back making up stories that you have some adverse credit... ............As you can see from their response they behave as if they made the Laws on the process of rental fees and agreements or they have been given powers from the Courts...........in my case according to them, it was because of a CCJ they said that was 6 years ago... As for a CCJ, i have checked my credit report and there is no such thing...................... However they only agreed to a refund when i sent them a notice threatening to take legal action.... my advice to future potential victims would be to think carefully before approaching In house. As they also request their tenants to buy insurance to protect the landlord's property. They say the tenant "must" have a minimum £2500 insurance to cover the landlord's possessions and property. But that tenants are warned that the landlord's insurance does not cover tenants possessions. See the irony. From my experience, this company does not have the customer in mind, only their money....
