After handling key they are charging us for changing mattresses even we left in same condition with no torn or marks.
Feeling like scam be alert.
Didn't visited while handling key or inspected in front of us or in our living period also never visited.
Do not prefer. Be aware

Inspired by London property was of very good standard. I had no problems liaising with the agency and Gala was very thoughtful and helpful. Check out went pretty well and full deposit returned.

It is a quite busy office and you sometimes have to call for a few times to get hold of the right person but the lady answering the phone is nice. The properties are quite popular, the first one was gone just one day after the viewings and they recommended me to another in Canary Wharf that just became available.

Pretty good service. Viewed two properties around New cross. Excellent properties they have and the viewings are really efficient. Really friendly guy, showed up 15 minutes earlier than the appointed time.
