In the three months with Welvan, we had four expressions of interest, 2 of which we arranged through our own Facebook post. The two “older couple” viewings arranged by Welvan were completely the wrong target audience for a family home.
In the first week with Josh @Isla Alexander, we had several enquiries and the first of several view requests.
Welvan “forgot” to add a floor plan to the online listing, the target market was wrong, there was no protective advice to adjust the price within the entire 3 months.
Josh created a video walkthrough of the property, a detailed floor plan, laid out the detailed material in mind of the targeted age group, and explained the pricing categories so we could make a comprehensively informed decision.
Josh’s communication was above reproach; professional, charismatic, knowledgable, punctual, and he was always quick to respond to any of our many queries and to act as intermediary in negotiations. Having been through this process 6 times in my life, I can honestly say for once that thanks to Josh the whole process has been bearable on this occasion.
I would highly recommend talking to Josh if you are looking to sell your property. I cannot sing his praises enough.

Josh advertised our home and within just an hour or so we had a viewing booked in. House was sold stc within a month. Josh was incredibly helpful, communicating every step of the way nothing being too much trouble for him. I would recommend to anyone I know who is selling a property to get in touch. After another estate agent failed us miserably with poor communication and bad advice… Josh was certainly the right choice. If I ever find myself needing to sell again…. I know who my first port of call will be!

Josh went out of his way to help us with our property viewings, and at all times was professional, friendly and gave us the space needed as we walked around. He has a depth of local knowledge and was able to answer all our questions.
When we had to change our appointment at very short notice, he arranged everything and always made it a win/win for both ourselves and the property owner.
