We sold our house with Sullivans; however Sam told us that we are “disgusting”after chasing her for an update after a viewing. From her point of view she sold the house, and that was her job done. Sharon was lovely on the phone when she called us to update us. The 1 star is purely for Sam’s service. And don’t forget no matter what is the situation as long as your customer is not insulting you and is only asking some questions and you are insulting them you should be out of any industry which involves customer service.... Very unprofessional people, only used because the vendor was advertising with them but I'd never buy or sell a house with them again. I booked a viewing and nobody showed up (said they never heard of me) even though Michelle booked via what's app! Awful childish women, how thus company can run from a home address I don't know.
