My house took quite a while to sell after the first buyer withdrew. Emma from Perfect Pads stuck to the job until the house was sold. My situation was complicated as I was based in Australia throughout the sales campaign. Emma surpassed my expectations on multiple occasions. She organised a gardner to keep the place tidy for me, helped to sell my car and even called in to read the gas and electric meters for me before completion. We’ll done Emma and Perfect Pads.

The communication is very poor, I applied for a flat to rent that was listed that day and i had a quick response stating this property was available and to provide a date and time for a viewing which I did and had no response back until 3 days later after attempting to contact them each day for a response which they then said that the property had been agreed to let and is no longer available, I will not be attempting to rent from this company again if this is there level of customer service.

They were very quick to come out and value our property and very punctual in getting the property up for sale. They take some excellent footage and photos of your home to show people before hand a true reflection of what you will be viewing in the flesh. Nothing is to much trouble, unlike other estate agents, they are down to earth but professional at the same time. Anne-Marie, in sales has been nothing but fantastic helping me find a house and she is an extremely nice person along with the others in the office. I’m yet to buy something, but hope it’s through perfect pads.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from this estate agent. I missed out on a property I wanted to rent due to their incompetence in contacting the owner of the property. I waited 4 days for a response and when I finally had one the property had been let to someone else. I am absolutely fuming. Avoid at all costs.

Not great. Lacking basic communication skills from most of the team. I originally phoned and left a voicemail, no one replied. I phoned again and they said they would phone back after lunch, they didn't. I emailed about the flat, got no reply. The only communication I got was a text saying my appointment to view the flat had been cancelled, but this was hidden in a load of HTML text

Had to give 1 star just so that I could write a review but quite honestly if there was such a thing as “negative stars” they would have —5*. I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole to be frank! My mother bought a property from them and every detail in the brochure was either extremely exaggerated or a lie! And don’t try to contact them, because you either won’t get a reply or they’ll fail to ring you back. When challenged about conversations they were party to re. various flaws and damage to the property which the vendors claimed would be repaired/fixed/replaced prior to moving in, they denied any knowledge of said conversations despite there being witnesses to the conversation. They refused to acknowledge my 75 year old mother once she’d “signed on the dotted line”. I’m extremely angry with the lack of professionalism and am surprised they are still in business! I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
