This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant.
Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers.
We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him.
We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it.

I met Andy by chance whilst he was valuing a neighbours property in May 2024. I was in the final stages of renovating our property ready for sale and hadn't contacted any estate agents,
Following a brief conversation, I asked Andy to value our property and continue with marketing it. It was evident that he had a positive sales approach which would benefit both parties
A very efficient and prompt service was experienced with several viewings and an offer accepted within the first week.
During the period prior to completion, communication was regular and clear as to what was required.
We completed last week and the neighbouring property is also SSTC.
I would use Andy/Moving You again with no hesitation.

I heard good reviews from a family member who used Andy at Moving You in the past for the selling of their property and they were very happy with him and the whole sale of their property. So I decided to give him a ring top bloke very experienced and excellent at what he does. Not only did he beat all fees of local competitors but he sold my house within two weeks of advertising. Took excellent pictures and with the use of drone of the outside of the property I was extremely happy how he made my property look and how efficient he was. I was extremely happy I would no doubt use Andy at moving you in the future again. Really was an excellent experience from the start to end. I couldn’t thank him enough for what he did for me.

Cant recommend Andy enough.
I listed my property twice with Andy once in 2022 where he sold it within a week!
I later decided to take it off the market until January 2024 where again Andy sold it within 2 weeks whilst I was away on holiday making not easy and straight forward process.
During the whole process from offer to completion Andy was easily reachable and always on hand to provide updates, advice and to help the process along and prevent delays.
Highly recommended and would definitely use his services again in the future!

Andy is absolute professional and a gentleman. His whole approach from the very beginning to the end was customer centric. His manner was pleasant, informative and above all else honest and reassuring. His very capable assistant Nicola was equally focused on achieving a unified outcome and was extremely pleasant to deal with.
I have to be honest and I will put it out there I had the opportunity to utilise Andy’s services from the outset but unfortunately I decided to go elsewhere. I look back now and wish I had not done that as it would have saved me a lot of wasted time and undue stress. I regret not using Andy’s company from day one of trying to sell my house. We enlisted Andy and his wonderful team to sell our property late last year. This is the second time we have sold a house with Moving You and would never go with anyone else now. Andy was always available to answer and queries and to get things moving along quicker. We were always kept informed of the progress throughout the entire process. Nicola was absolutely fantastic!! The pictures she took were fabulous and she went above and beyond to be there for as many viewings as possible, even putting her own schedule aside to squeeze in another viewing for us. We accepted an offer after the first day of viewings which was full. I could tell that the way Nicola spoke about the house was genuine, so much so that she could’ve sold it back to us. Andy was able to sell a house for me during a very difficult period. To add to the difficulties the house was a non-standard construction and the mortgage lenders were in a state of flux. Throw a time waster into the mix and it was a very fraught period.

We certainly weren't disappointed!
Andy was always available to update us throughout the selling/buying process, whether it be day, night, or even on weekends, something not many other agents can offer!
We were impressed with his timely fashion, attitude, and attention to detail.
Once we made the initial call, everything just seemed to roll along effortlessly.
Been kept "in the loop" at all times is a big bonus, we've used other agents on previous occasions, and found ourselves almost pestering them to update us as to what was happening, and where we were with regard to the selling process.

Well what can I say… after 13 offers on different properties not being accepted and viewing 23 houses with other estate agents, Andy finally helped us to secure the house of our dreams. I was a little dubious at the start as I was going to be communicating with an estate agent without visiting a branch. There really was no need to worry. The service provided by Andy was simply outstanding with excellent communication ( working outside of regular office hours). The dashboard was a great tool that kept both myself and the sellers up to date with actions that had been completed and those outstanding.

What would we have done without Adam?! We came across Adam through referral and thank goodness we did. The whole process of selling your home is without doubt one of the most stressful life situations you can find yourself in, unless of course you sell using the service provided by Adam. We had some miserable experiences trying to sell our house previously and admittedly we were sceptical but Adam has totally transformed our view on the home moving process. EVERYTHING is taken care of, Adams strongest point is communication, he’s honest and open throughout and obtained a price for our home that met our expectations, the process hasn’t run smoothly but through no fault of Adams yet he continued to keep us informed, chasing down solicitors and being a great communicator throughout. I wouldn’t ever sell my home with anyone other than Adam again. We’ve experienced the traditional estate agent service and we’ve experienced the new service through Adam and what a difference. Professionalism displayed throughout our dealings and honestly can’t recommend Adam enough. If you’re considering selling your home please don’t go down the traditional path, go straight to moving you!

I had never heard of Moving You or Andy O'Neill until I saw a property for sale on Rightmove or Zoopla. It was a Friday evening about 9pm that I emailed Andy expressing my interest in the property. I was shocked to receive an email from Andy immediately saying he would ring in the morning if convenient. Andy went out of his way to squeeze me in to view the property the same day along with many others. On meeting Andy We were impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm without being overpowering and being a genuine nice chap. Having spoken to Andy about our house we decided to use Andy's services to sell ours. From the time we met to selling was two weeks and from the time of being advertised to selling about a week, which is very impressive. His advice on decluttering and how to present your house for selling is simple but effective and photos are the best. His communication throughout was excellent. My neighbours were impressed at receiving a letter apologising in advance for any inconvenience caused due to people parking to view our house. We had about 30 viewings and many offers, again very impressive.
If you are thinking of selling you'd be wise to speak with Andy.

Pleasure to deal with, previously had dealings with another major high street estate agent with no success, whereas Andy at Moving You was knowledgeable of the whole process, market and gave a personal service and was great to be able to communicate through WhatsApp etc.
