I had the pleasure of working with Sandra on the sale of my property in Camden. Sandra was extremely diligent and professional throughout the sale process, providing regular updates and chasing down solicitors to keep the sale on track...managing to complete before Christmas. If you have a property to sell, you'll be hard pressed to find an agent in London better than Sandra. Highly, highly recommend!

We were the buyers in a transaction where Jack Tuck was acting for the vendors. Nevertheless, we never felt for one moment that Jack was anything but scrupulously fair to both parties. Ours was not a straightforward sale and purchase. A number of obstacles presented themselves at various stages in the process, but, even in the face of a seemingly impossible situation, Jack continued to find solutions that ultimately led to us completing on the purchase. Jack worked incredibly hard and negotiated very skilfully with both parties over a lengthy period. Ivy & Stone's approach in the real estate market is refreshingly different and definitely superior to the rest. Thanks Jack. Highly recommended.

I purchased a property through Ivy & Stone and can't recommend them enough. They were extremely helpful, quick to respond to any queries I had, and went above and beyond to help to secure the flat I fell in love with! I always felt as if I was being put first with this estate agent and that they had my best interests at heart. I honestly don't think the process would have been half as smooth without their dedication and generally helpful nature.

Ivy & Stone took on the sale of our house in Chadwell Heath after another another agent was unable to secure a buyer. Jack managed to secure our buyer within the first couple of weeks. Jack and Sandra then progressed the sale smoothly to completion and advised on some tricky issues along the way. It was a good decision to switch agency and we are grateful for the professional, first rate service received by the Ivy & Stone team.

I couldn't recommend Jack more. He was professional, helpful and very communicative throughout the entire process and no ask was too much for him. He managed to find tenants within 20 days! If you want your property rented definitely use Ivy & Stone.
