A great location and venue for events. A lovely business community made up of many local social and commercial enterprises who are based there. The Expressway team are always so helpful, warm and supportive. Would encourage more to visit, connect with and engage with their programmes.

The whole of expressway is such a smart way of using the space under the bridge.
There is a coworking space with a nice cafe and a lot of other business spaces under the bridge. The road itself is not the nicest road but hopefully the regeneration will help this area.

My internet connection was down at home and needed a quiet place to make a few important video calls. The reception staff were really helpful with accommodating me with a quiet space very last minute.
The facilities are great and the staff are excellent I recommend Expressway London to anyone looking for a great place to work from.

Visited here for their hotdesking space for 2 weeks. Extremely friendly staffs (Shellee and co.) and great facilities (fast internet, good vibes, clean spaces, nice ambience) to work in, got so much work done here relative to "working at home" !

Can’t really say much Than to say it wasn’t a bad experience. It was your average small local shop selling some baked goods with hot drinks. Staff was friendly and I bought a flat white to go. No issues, coffee was good. Relatively priced though coffee could have been bigger.

avoid as much as you can !!
Kad kept me almost 2 weeks without fridge and washing machine , after 1 month and a few days without oven .Problems with the front door and back door.I meant to have someone to take the old oven , of course no one came .A lot of problems which are not solved
Every time when I call him is saying I call you back in 1 minute , of course he doesn't anymore .They are completely incompetent and a bunch of liers.If you want to rent try to get a decent agency .I am sorry I had to deal with Kad !!

A fantastic place to visit there which is very closed to Emirates airline cable car, water front of London Dock area, spectacular Crystal building office, Royal Victoria DLR Station, many restaurants, excellent public transport links and much more to see nearby this place. Waterfront studios are consists of many small studio offices and I was just visit one of its health check up office.

The building management is poor - it has taken over a week to replace a microwave that costs £20. It is a joke and shows how seriously they take their job - i.e. not at all. The only redeeming feature about this abysmal place is the Cafe.

I am awaiting parking space for probably 2 years.
Although parking is never full and has at least 3 broke-down vehicles parked there permanently staff is not willing to help.
I have sent an email to the management over two months ago but they fell there is no need to respond. Very disappointed with this customer service.
