I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.... Read more

Having had a number of experiences with property agents, I can confidently say that Domeview Properties is the blueprint for great service that other agencies could very much learn from. As a tenant whose property was managed by them for the last 4 years I can only speak of how highly they always communicated and actioned the requests with speed. A lot of this in down to Edward, who was always on hand to help and provide support whenever we had any issues. He is undoubtedly an exceptional professional and one who takes great pride in his work which is evident to see. The agency might not be a familiar name on the high street , but that’s what sets them apart and I very much will miss their genuine and caring service. We couldn’t have wished for a better agent - Edward and team have taken spectacular care of us over five (!!) years in our home in Dalston. We’d both had lots of experiences with agents prior to Domeview and it’s safe to say these guys exceeded all of our expectations. I largely due to Edward that we stayed as long as we did, and we are heartbroken to be parting ways. I can’t understand all these positive reviews, they must be written by Domeview staff. Which is odd, because when it comes to communication they have generally been silent, repeatedly failing to get back to me and handle things they promised for months to do. It has taken 9 months to arrange for their contractors to redecorate a room after a damaging leak, and even with a date now set I’m not confident anyone is actually going to show up, given past experiences with Domeview. Complacent, incompetent, just an absolute shambles. If I were the landlord paying for this “service” I’d be very concerned about where my money is actually going.... Read more

An incredibly positive experience. I was a customer of Domeview Properties from June 2016 - February 2018 and, specifically, a tenant of one of their modern 3-bedroom apartments in Aldgate East. My experience with a number of the team over that period was incredibly positive, both in terms of their level of customer service and support in dealing with all maintenance and contracting matters. Further details below. Management of contracts and finances - the team are efficient and extremely fair when it comes discussing fees, rental amounts and payment schedules Maintenance and property management - we had several to-be-expected issues with the heating, air conditioning, white goods, etc, which Domeview were always brilliant in supporting the process of repair. This would of course require a third party tradesman or property manager to resolve these issues on occasion, but Domeview were always great when it came to facilitating it. Customer service - Edward and team were always helpful and understanding in any situations where we needed contact; furthermore, their attitude and urgency always made the process efficient and effective. Would recommend, primarily for the level of trust and comfort you can have in a property agency which is unfortunately not always found elsewhere.... Read more

Absolute bunch of chancers. Every problem we've had with a property they manage gets passed on to someone else. They promised for months to contact us and arrange a date for their contractors, then when nothing happens explain it's because someone else was on holiday. Their staff show little grasp of good customer service and couldn't hang up quick enough when I called to report a leak in our ceiling. No callbacks and the agent (Edward) I needed to speak to was always "out of the office". If you're looking for a company who'll take a regular fee to do sweet f. a. then these are your guys.... Edit 02/08/18 I left Domeview Properties a great review 1 month ago. That was because they were great until I moved in. Now after having moved in, they haven't sorted out anything for me. I bought a vaccum cleaner myself because the one in the flat was defective from day one and they never replaced it. I've been trying to get them to have a look at the microwave which does not work properly and they haven't even answered me. They set up my name on the Council Tax Bill and did not even care to write my name correctly. And I'm not talking about a typo, they just completely wrote my name all wrong. So there, first impressions were good. After becoming a tenant, definitely need improvement.
