If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.... Read more

Terrible experience with their service during my tenancy. Avoid them at all costs. During my tenancy when I had issues they would take a week to respond to any issues with the apartment and even then I would have to do the arranging for any fixes to the apartment. But when they want something for their own gain they expect you to drop everything and do their job for them. Upon moving out I was charged rent for when I wasn’t in the apartment even though I had delivered the keys as per their instructions. I have blacklisted them with my company as a service provider because you will end up receiving zero service and paying hidden costs. Avoid them unless you want to throw away your money. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. If you have the option to not sell/rent any property through them that would be the ideal. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour especially from the owner of the company. He does not follow the data protection policies and shares personal information publicly. The properties they offer are maintained to the lowest and cheapest standards! Their company structure is a complete mess which violates with any legal requirements!... Read more

DPR are a complete scam! They will rip you off with anything they can, wherever possible. They will try all their best to keep your deposit and charge you ridiculous amounts for general wear and tear, without any proof of actually doing the work/repairs/replacements. Do not let them over charge you! You have more rights as a tenant than you think, they assume you don’t know the laws/rights on you. Even when buying a property through them, they will attempt to charge illegal fees just to buy from them and take an amount from the sale of the property. They will try all their best to play dirty. The people that work their are rude, selfish and uncooperative. Half of them don’t speak English and are all dodgy scammers. Stay away from DPR! I know lots of people who have had the same experience, never again!... Read more

They didn't put in writing that they KEEP your holding deposit - all other estate agencies use it as part of your deposit, not only that, it is £400, when normally it is around £250.(I have rented in Canary Wharf for years so I know for a fact how bad it is they do this, as if living in London isn't expensive enough) So we feel completely ripped off, and this is super dodgy, didn't want to back out when we had already given notice at our previous flat so forced to lose that money. Total rip off. Had nothing but problems with the flat itself and the customer service is horrific. Leaks in the ceiling that dropped paint all over my belongings which they won't take responsibility for and now I've had to pay to clean professionally to fix their errors, and 10 visits to paint a ceiling. I really would avoid them if you can. I have discussed all the above with them and nobody seems to care. Hence my review.... Read more

I have been with them for a number of years now,and I have always been happy with their services. I have got two properties which they manage for me. They are always on top of their game, and when the rent is due to me it always gets paid into my account on time. They are nice people to deal with, and to contact them is easy. The worst customer service ever. Rude and not helpful at all over the phone. Whoever has made "Ella" a manager, needs to get rid of her now or she will make the company go bust. I was sent to view a flat by Jolanta when the landlord has already accepted another offer and I was not contacted afterwards to be informed of the situation and no one even had the courage to apologise but instead responded in an aggressive way when questioned about their approach. The property was then removed from rightmove and I was still told lies over the phone.... Read more
