Highly recommended Emma if you are one of those expat who recently moved or have lived in other fast-paced international cities. It only took me less than a week from viewing the property until all paper work completed plus move-in. I am sure those services and real estate agency exist, but a great customer service with quick responsiveness over email or phone is something hard to find in London from my own experiences.... I do not speak English very well but money talks, that is why I recently could move into one of the properties that Camilla and her team offer at 17 Cvrzon St, formerly known as Mayfair Row. This is to say thanks to Camilla and her team for 1) She always replied to my emails promptly and negotiations were quick/swift. I could email from my phone during a break and I knew I was going to get a reply straight away. 2) I could always pop in/visit without notice, Camilla always smiled. Never said she was busy. Other places they either make you wait or feel uncomfortable. Waiting is money wasting for both of us. 3) They really liked me or at least I felt appreciated there. I am a pain in the arse sometimes and the more questions I asked, the more we knew the deal was gonna be a success. 4) Every part of the contract was explained in detail. Even where they had to admit errors, she was kind enough to admit it. No one is perfect, the flat/property is not perfect but I wanted it and I got it. Seriously, Real Estates want you to pay but not always customers are happy when they pay. This time I was more than happy to pay because of the excellent customer service. T H A N K Y O U J... Blaire from this office provided a far more experienced and focused search compared to other agents. This meant that I didn't have to waste so much time on irrelevant and unsuitable properties that many of the other agencies try to push. She offered a seamless and professional approach and this office can even help you find properties outside of the Mayfair area because of their network partnerships with other agents. Renting property is fraught with all sorts of different issues and pitfalls. When you're new to the rental market, there's even more to be cautious about. But I was hugely impressed with the professional and friendly lettings team at JSS Mayfair. Everything, from the initial viewings, through making an offer and taking references, and the tenancy agreement itself, was handled calmly and efficiently.
