Sales consultant Johnny Hyslop was amazing, incredibly efficient and a constant support moving flats - a complex operation with many moving parts but nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he worked tirelessly for me and my buyer to secure a smooth transition. Jackson Stops Pimlico & Westminster is absolutely first rate. The advice I received was thoughtful, wise and incredibly helpful throughout - and my sincere thanks also to Harry Buchanan.

Avoid Alice Russell. This is the worst experience I have ever received from any estate agent.
A complete waste of time, utterly awful, do not trust this office. Assistant lettings manager, Alice Russell didn't even be bother to attend the viewing even though we had an 8 hour round trip. We put in a full ask offer and here's her response to our what's happening email received after waiting 3 weeks.
Sadly your offer got rejected as we had a better offer and they are moving in tomorrow. Please let me know if you are still looking and I will re-activate your search.

My dealing with Jackson-Stops Teddington, and in particular with Chloe Williams, has been a very positive experience. Chloe was extremely helpful in assisting me to cope with various forms. She is a friendly and professional person and gave up a lot of her time to help with the easing of the process to obtain a rental property.
I was very lucky to have Chloe as my rental officer.

I have used Jackson Stops in Mayfair a number of times for searches and they always delivered a terrific service. Camilla is excellent and more recently Viola has been effervescent in her pursuit of finding us the right property. Would always highly recommend this agency. Also a shout out to Alice in Jackson Stops Victoria who has also been very helpful this time around.
