Very rude agent on the phone. I don't remember his name but anyway. I asked for viewing a house which it was posted yesterday 06/02/20 at 9 pm and I just wait until this morning to call for an appointment but this agent didn't offer me any chance to check this house. My gf called as well after 2h from when I spoked with him and he said to my gf the house it's already taken but it wasn't because he told me on the phone this house it will be available for viewing from next week. Well i don't know the reason why he did that maybe because his interested more then us or he have his reasons. I'm really sorry but this kind of people just keeping your agency down...... Read more

Jacobs Steel soar head and shoulders above other estate agents, offering exceptional service to their customers. Communication, honesty and transparency are the qualities that are really important to me in an estate agent and the Broadwater team excelled in all three. Laura and Rob guided us through the entire process, making us feel secure (important when you are dealing with such high value assets!) and in trusted hands. I’m not one for cringey sales chat, nonsense buzz words and other unfortunate traits often linked with agents. These are highly trained, highly knowledgable and straight talking agents - a breath of fresh air. The presentation of our property was important to me and they represented it immaculately. From the attention to detail with the photos, the strategic wording of the description and the presentation of the details online to the presentation of the agents themselves. It all combined to produce a highly professional image. Marketing-wise, they are proactive, not (which is often the case) reactive. They monitored online marketing efficiency, from click through rates on the website, to conversion rates Rightmove and activity on Facebook. They were willing to try new ideas I came up with too and were incredibly patient to my (rather excessive) demands. The after sales care is equally as efficient and impressive. They kept the communication levels up when we were looking to exchange, they mediated and negotiated tactfully and tactically and they were delays at the end of the phone to reassure when the process got a little stressful. All in all, high praise all round, especially to Rob and Laura in the Broadwater office and Perry in the central Worthing office.... Read more
