Great experience with Jalaram Estates.The staff always willing to assist us and find solutions to our issues asap. Definitely a recommendation! It was hassel for us initialy to find an accomodation on Leicester coming from other city. When we contacted the agency, Dilesh was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. I have used Jalaram Estates and they have been professional and welcoming. When I have had issues they have sorted the problems with the house within couple of days. They have always been polite, helpful and treated me with respect. I was new to Leicester and they were helpful with useful tips. I have rented houses in the past in other cities and the service I received from Jalaram Estates had been nothing but amazing. The house I rented was clean and and when I have requested for assistance the agent have gone above and beyond to solve issues at unsociable hours of the day. I am pleased with their service they have provided me and I would definitely recommend to anyone renting a property and new to Leicester.... Read more

Avoid them if possible. Reception is not aware of any thing. Appears to be clueless. Viewing booked and don't show up or answer calls. Cancel booking and do not notify of the change. Not going to use them at all.... Read more
