Considering that we almost didn't proceed with the move, Jan Forster Estates stuck with us, providing all the support we required. They also worked hard with solicitors to get everything over the line when the time came - that was much appreciated!
Would definitely use them again except for the fact that I am now banned from ever moving again!

I would prefer to have given them 0/5 had there been an option. Avoid like the plague! This firm is utterly appalling. I rented my property through them fully let and managed. I signed their contract, which they then failed to carry out and breached a number of terms and conditions, by not completing set tasks that they were paid to do. They caused me a huge financial loss because of numerous administrative errors, that a child would make. There is a real lack of care and attention to detail, they only care about themselves not their clients. They are dishonest and untrustworthy, cowboys in the trade. I would strongly advise you don’t use them, save yourself wasted time, effort and distress. I have complained to the Ombudsman about their behaviour and how they conduct their business, it is wholly unacceptable. Please use an alternative firm and save yourself the brother. I was highly dissatisfied.
