RA Jackson managed a property I had for many years. Originally my parents house, and with me living overseas I had no reason or need to check how things were going. Any work and annual certifications to gas heaters etc that were required they arranged after advising me of the need. The property looked like an elderly couple had been resident for a long time when we went in after it was vacated. No problem as it was time to clear the house to “empty shell” status. RA Jackson helped with that work, and they handled the sale to a new owner who will show it love in the form of a refurbishment.... Read more

RA Jackson have completely ignored, during multiple inspections YTD, obvious signs of class 1 health hazards. Resulting in borderline inhumane living conditions. Despite multiple reports of water damage, severe leaking (of contaminated water directly into an bathtub) and black mould growth as an result, no action has been taken after 6 months.... Read more

Disgusted at the lack of communication.. lost out on a business because of their negligence !! Edit: as you see below a reply.. so again I replied, baring in mind 10+ weeks with only 1 contact being made from this company after many non returned phone calls and emails..
