This company never gets back. They simply could not care less. It's a question whether they put forward any of the offers if it doesn't meet the sale agent's taste. It is the worst Estate Agent I have come across. I cannot believe people actually use them. Sellers avoid this company as your property will be on the market for ages without the Agents relaying any offers/communication from potential buyers. I have missed out on number of properties where they did not put forward my communication/offer to the seller. This company needs to be reported.... Read more

Estate agent representative refused to forward my offer to the landlord as it wasn’t close enough to asking price. Unfortunately, for the seller the property was eventually removed from the market. Potential sale missed, what a shame.... Read more

If I could give zero that would be too high. Limited communication basically couldn’t care less. Since giving 28 days notice even less communication. Price for the house was valued too high in first place to get us on board. If it wasn’t for my daughter in law calling them we wouldn’t have found out that a buyer didn’t have the funds to purchase, this went on for 5 months and now back to square one.... Read more

Worst estate agents I have ever used. I paid them to manage my property whilst living abroad. A few months went by without receiving any rental income, I called to ask why and they had know idea there was no rent getting paid. That’s one of many issues that came up using this careless company. I finally have my apartment back, left in an absolute disgrace, flea infested and looked like the place hadn’t been clean in at least 6 months. It’s been 2 months now and I havent heard anything regarding the claim against the tenants deposit. Absolute joke of a company, do yourself and find someone else to use.... Read more

Where do I even start with Signature? Avoid at all costs. That's what I would recommend. They are incompetent on another level. Every time I needed to ring the office I felt like I'd disturbed them watching Love Island. I don't think they could organise a bun fight in a bakery. Don't rent with them and don't rent your house via them. You'll regret it.... Read more

Everyone we have dealt with has come across disingenuous and just wanted a 'quick buck' for sales targets...we could have been a tin of beans from tesco for all Signature cared. Well now you've had your 'quick buck' from a withdrawal fee. Awful experience. When we wrote to them with our concerns we never received any sort of apology or acceptance that they were wrong or things just didn't come together, just another unprofessional email - I can evidence my whole short experience. I wrote this review to caution others when making a huge decision about their home and life investment in another property.... Read more
