Really disappointed with the service from this agency. Booked in a viewing today and the agent didn’t show up, had to call him and was told he was under 10mins away. We waited 20mins in the cold, called a few times and he stopped picking up. Eventually, called back asking if we still wanted a viewing, was unapologetic for being late and didn’t seem to care at all. He was also super short on email and wouldn’t answer my questions- had to chase up with emails to ensure the viewing was booked. Total waste of time and really unhelpful.... Read more
