I entered my details on a comparison site and Abe from JD Hall were the only ones to contact me. I had other valuations before the first lockdown but when Abe visited, shortly after restrictions had eased, he gave us a more favourable valuation. Signed the contract and we had a few viewings before the eventual buyer came to see the house and made an offer. The process was seamless and I would recommend them. once they sign contract then no one contact you for update. In 21 days, I received no call from them for any update and no viewing at all. they have only 1 person who come to sign contract take calls and do all other stuff. Definitely will not recommend it... Read more

Professional, transparent and approachable experience. Renting a lovely studio flat through JD Hall and communicating with Abe was slick and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. I recently relocated and the whole moving out process was just as good as moving in. Retrieved deposit within a couple of days. Would highly recommend this company.... Read more
