I am really grateful for all the help and support from Gregory Brown (and specifically Harry) in what has been a very challenging sale (as I had to complete the sale in 2022) of our house in Stanwell. We managed to do it just 2 days before everything closed for Christmas, and it was largely due to Harry being "on the ball" chasing and making sure all things went smooth. Also, it was a very stressful and emotional journey, and I felt Harry provide me and my wife with a kind of emotional support we needed. It was our second attempt at selling and in the first one when we had issues, the other agent offered very little support saying they were merely a "marketing agent". Well Harry for sure is an Estate Agent, someone who not only markets the property, but is there for you throughout the process with professional advice and comforting words. Agents are often seen as "necessary evil" and the commission paid as a bit of wasted money. In our case it was worth every penny....

Gregory Brown lettings have been amazing throughout the seven years I’ve done business with them.
I’ve used a few other local companies previously that really weren’t a patch on Gregory Brown for customer service and most importantly “no hidden fees”!
If I have a problem or query, Jeremy and the team are always there to give me expert advice.
Invoices are always very prompt and straightforward.
With regards to tradesmen, the service has always been top speed and prices very fair.
I can’t recommend this company enough.

I have used Gregory Brown for a very long time, I purchased my mothers house some 20 years ago through Gregory Brown estate agents which I found to be a very easy process.
Latter when it was time to sell my own property I used Gregory Brown again. They sold my property within 2 days of it going on to the market just before Covid struck, then sucessfully guided me through what was a very challenging time .
Also they manage my late mothers house which I rent out ,this includes rent collection, all maintenance issues ect ect.
Perhaps I am in a unique position that I have experienced all aspects of the services they provide.
I have received nothing but a first class service from Mr B and his team ,this is why I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent or indeed to rent your property through or from.

After desperately searching for our home during the stamp duty holiday we were very nearly running out of time after missing out on many properties to cash buyers and higher bids. We had almost given up before seeing our house come on the market with Gregory Brown in Ashford. Elliot showed us around initially, we really liked it but were convinced we would lose out again, the Gregory Brown team really helped fight our corner to win this property and ensure we completed within the stamp duty holiday.
I cannot express enough gratitude to the team, it was so refreshing to have Jeremy working so closely with us too as Directors don't often get so involved.

Horrible and rude people, seen a property advert in Ashford Surrey, posted late Friday 28.05.21 so phoned them first thing on Saturday morning, property was available and we were told to wait until they arrange a viewing, we waited till lunch same day and phoned them back again to see if they got a spot for us, them we were told that all viewings will be arranged on Wednesday or Thursday. Somehow I already had a bad feeling about them, so decided to phone them today just to make sure we are still on the list for viewing, and for our surprise, we were told that property is no longer available and someone had a viewing on Saturday and left a deposit already... like seriously!!!!! Obviously we complained about it, but it seems like it's there usual behaviour and we were also told not to phone them again, if we not happy about there service!!!

Pathetic after sales service. We bought a house recently through this agency and initially everything was going fine, until viewings and paying the deposit. Subsequently the process of signing up took little longer than expected as we had to get our signed contracts from India, and due to the pandemic, logistic services were disrupted. Meanwhile we started receiveing emails from them, doubting our intentions of buying the house, and our credibility, and this made us very furious. Never expected such an approach towards a customer/prospect. Specially after having paid the deposit towards the house.
Even once the sale was complete there was no proper guidance as to how to go about the electricity and gas or water connections and registrations for the same. They didn’t even tell us which company to contact for these matters. I even called them once with this regards hoping for some assistance, but all we received from the other end, was a guy on the phone asking us in a harsh tone,
“Do you expect me to do the registrations for you as well?”.
Such a rude behaviour towards a customer, never expected this from GB. Heights of unprofessionalism. We never asked him to do the registration, was just asking for assistance being a first time buyer. Totally disappointed and Would never recommend them to anyone.

What a bunch of unprofessional and rude people.
I bought a house through them during covid on the asking price.
From initial memorandum of sale till completion it was around 11 weeks, but still they kept me under so much pressure that I went through deep depression and had to seek medical advice
Anything they need from me, they got within hours, but still they kept me under so much pressure, that I became very disturbed.
Both, Jeremy and Harry are rude and lack basic mannerism, they should learn professional communication. I wish if there were any regulatory body where i could take them.
Stay away from these lot as they only care about vendor and not for the buyer.

We had the pleasure of looking at a property with these. We had had a stressful day and luckily for us, Elliot Leeds was on hand to help. He managed to get us a viewing, the same day as our visit. When we looked at the property, we explained the issues we were having regarding location. Amazingly, he gave us an honest opinion. Any question we asked, he answered unbiasedly. It was what we needed and it was unbelievably helpful. Would highly recommend. Not after your money, but making sure you're happy.
