FRAUD, MUST BE FAKE REVIEWS. I Viewed one of their properties, Abe was doing the viewing for us. He pretended to be Mr nice guy, he said if he received the deposit money in cash, he will remove the listing online and we will have the keys to the property within 1 week and to give our leaving notice to landlord of the property we are currently living with. We paid deposit same day, cash, we were issued a reciept. He then said he will need Passport and Drivers licence of all 3 tenants who will be living here. I have sent him all 6 documents he requested. As soon as he received the documents he sent me an email saying the landlord's family needs a place to stay therefore they will give the property to someone else? I feel like this is unfair and we have been mistreated. We have given our notice and now we will no longer have a place to stay, we made everything clear with mr Abe , but it seems like all they were after was our documents. It all seems like ID Fraud to me. Avoid at all cost, huge time wasters.... Read more

A very genuine and professional Estate Agent, me and my family are so glad that Abe was dealing with our purchase. He went out of his way make sure the purchase went through at ease. We were in a chain when purchasing and Abe really helped us as an Agent and liaised with all parties within the chain, even dealing with the conveyancing solicitors. We honestly couldn't have found a better Estate Agent then JD Hall and Abe really helped massively.... Read more

Great experience with moving in and moving out. Moving from Ireland it was difficult for me to find a home from across seas but Abe was a huge help and found me a place that was clean and in a quiet, safe and friendly location. Exactly what I wanted to start with! He was also so understanding when I was moving out which made my first year living situation in the UK stress free. Even during Covid 19 lockdown Abe was understanding and acoomadating. Brilliant thank you!... Read more
