Generally ok, but I didn’t like the fact my neighbour knew I had sold my house before I told them. They had been told by a member of staff from the agent who they knew.

Initial valuation was good with an expert in local knowledge, however some of the viewing agents were unprofessional and when I complained Normie still sent the same agent for viewings. The first sale fell through and feedback from Normie was that they never had good communication with the buyers who rarely responded and only by email, then after 4 months they pulled out, we were not notified of this issue. I would still recommend them for lesser value properties, they have a big presence in the area and a high turnover of properties some of the employees are very good however we had invested in the person who valued it and they were not present for the viewings.

Excellent service from Josh and the team. I'd never heard of a Sales Progressor before but what a fantastic idea. We nearly pulled out of this sale at one point but Nicole (Sales Progressor), was the reason this sale finally happened, keeping all parties informed and chasing slowing processes.
Would definitely deal with Normie again.

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Normie & Co. Nigel dealt with our sale in a professional manner, always proactive and with an excellent knowledge of the local market around Whitefield. Although our first buyer fell through, Nigel quickly found an alternative buyer and provided valuable support throughput the sale process.
