Who takes the photos for the listings? Any photo I see looks like it was taken in 2003. Terrible photography and lighting, poor quality photos compared to competition. Bad angles. Can’t take them seriously. Sort it out I’ve been thinking it for 3 years.

No communication or customer service.
Bid for a house through them on Monday. Got told via email that we will hear from them first thing Tuesday.
By 4:45 pm Tuesday after I rang them, They email saying the seller is still considering.
On Wednesday it then gets to 2 o’clock, I ring them and they say their phone line went down and couldn’t ring me to tell me that our bid had been rejected. They gave no reason for why they couldn’t have even emailed.
No communication or update in the 48 hour period we had put a bid in and they didn’t have the decency to tell us about our bid had been rejected.
Would not recommend.

She has innovative ideas that you simply wouldn’t dream of and is a wealth of knowledge that she is very happy to share. Her team, including Jack and Paul are such lovely people. They are friendly and knowledgeable and have extremely high standards where customer service is concerned. Honestly moving house and buying the home of your dreams can be so stressful, but these guys just take it all from you and sort things out with patience and professionalism.
