A big thank you and my appreciation to Vikki and Jewel Homes for their much needed and timely intervention in dealing with storm damage in our block of flats. With their proactive backup and professional input and oversight, they have brought a consolidated plan together for the direct benefit of the property owners and tenants. You manage 31 McAllister avenue and my mum is down stairs. She has contacted you several times about the upstairs bathroom flooding and coming in to her bathroom..no reply. I'm not having my mum phoning me in tears all the time because of one thing after another with the flat up the stairs. I suggest you contact the landlord or who ever deals with this house and get it sorted. The house up the stairs is causing all sorts of problems for my mum. Water coming through, roughcasting falling off the walls because the landlord won't help with fixing the roof and gutters. This is not on and legal advice will be taken if this isn't sorted out ASAP.... Read more
