Lazy Agents for selling your property. Always say floor plan to coming soon it never comes (you can see this in all the houses they have for sale)
Not proactive at selling or getting back to you.
They wing it.

Having based near Heathrow I approached Johals to help me with letting one of our properties based in Leicester. Lettings manager by the name of Suman is extremely unprofessional . Other staff in the office have no polite manner of answering calls and taking messages. I was never updated which resulted in me approaching Harts estate agents. Definitely do not recommend sadly……

I had a positive experience with johals. They assisted me in finding suitable lodging and afterwards advised me on how to be safe from unlawful acts carried out by other tenants, when such a situation was raised.
Jag and Georgina have been of great assistance to me from the beginning to the point where I am ready to obtain my investment returned.
Overall, you can rely on their services, and if you do the right thing, no matter what, the world will rally behind you, just like Johals did, and thank you for everything.

WARNING - They ARE NOT a no sale,no fee company.Despite telling me numerous times they operate on this basis,when my property was withdrawn,they charged a fee.Check the important clause they do not verbally tell you about carefully before signing.All other agents I checked with say when they state no sale,no fee,that is what they mean,no hidden clause to get money from you if you withdraw.

Avoid at all costs!! Staff doesnot update u. Property shown on viewings is completely stripped of all furnishings by the move in date. Maintenance issues never dealt with!! And believe me there are plenty despite the property appearing perfect on paper. Only care about one thing getting rent from tenants and nothing else. Horrible people. So many false reviews on this page please don’t bother with them!

Timely feedback via mail and text messages makes JOHALS standout... Also, the relation with 3rd parties for ease of making the customer experience cool is visible and captivating. All came with faster reference process that never keep you waiting for ages..I will recommend them.... ??
