Really good experience with the team. Just purchased a property through them with tight time scales and Remi Jackson (Senior Negotiator) went above and beyond, chasing both solicitors, hand delivering paperwork and literally running around left, right and centre to make the purchase to go through on time for me! The service we received at Connells from Michael Cole is single to none. From our initial appointment we felt how professional and knowledgeable Michael was and there was not one question he could not answer. Our case wasn't the easiest and we really needed a good advice so we were lucky to find someone who found us the best mortgage deal, looked after all our insurance polices and even made us aware of the refund that we were due from the old policy. We are moving in to our new home because of Michael Cole's advice and we are very grateful. All was done with a smile, always reassuring, always available and very professional.
