I have been requesting this agency to provide me with a copy of my contract with them for over five times and they would reply when I call, take my details and promise to send the copy but then I receive nothing. I kept waiting for days. They took a lot of fees when we signed the contract so they can provide such services but these were all lies. They not only refused to do my references as promised, but also failed to send me a digital copy of my contract which only takes a click of a button. I definitely do not recommend this agency to anyone.

They have some of the most incompetent staff around, if you're buying a property through them, you'll get no help whatsoever with any issues through the chain. All you'll get from their staff is called to tell you to hurry up

I really appreciate there hard work and dedication as a team and how fast things are done. As a buyer, I felt like wasting my time with Sharman Quinney agents. They posted a sell advert of a house worth £N and on a viewing, their agent made up another buyer offering £(N + 10) and £(N + 15) in the past so the seller isn't expecting lower than that: the agent even wasn't certain about the numbers! Why wouldn't you guys advertise the higher price in the first place to stop wasting everyone's time? I understand it's one of dodgy agency tactics but this is a borderline of being ethical.

I had great service by Bethany! Allowed us for second viewing and got us in within half hour, communication between me and Bethany was outstanding, was always kept in the loop with everything and got it all sorted pretty quickly and moved into the property within a week. Very happy!
