My experience with Connells Estate Agents was a very helpful and professional service. Jaidan was helpful and reliable providing answers to questions for my mother regarding different properties on the market. Even when introducing mortgage advisors he really helped us to understand and choose the services we needed. Ravi the mortgage advisor was also very helpful in the process. Would definitely recommend Connells.

2nd time round I've had terrible service from Connells - 1st was 4 years ago when they failed to sell my property even though we had 15 viewings, I gave it to another agent and it was sold within 2 weeks for a price we were happy with.
2nd time - 2 weeks ago a board went up in an area I was searching but nothing was yet online so getting all excited I called for more info, they took all my details and said they will call me when viewings would start, still heard nothing, so I called again finally they answered after 5 calls during the afternoon and found they've already had the viewings now I wouldn't deal with them ever again for buying or selling ,If i were the vendor I wouldn't be happy with their service and still they haven't learnt how to provide a good service yet charge above and beyond many others - sellers and potential sellers be warned

Nobody answers the phone when you ring and have still not received an email response.

Not a great experience. Called in an attempt to book a viewing, line cut out and called back twice to no answer. Called again the following day was told they would let me know on availability, still waiting. In this time I have contacted antihero agent the same property is listed with, they arranged a viewing for the following day.

Had a phone call today from them and was talking to one of them and they put phone down on me blatantly as could hear voices in background. Probably talking about how there weekend was which was more important to them rather than us the customers. So poor and so unproffesional.

She gave us an enthusiastic and welcoming tour of the property, and helped us to see the "home" in the "house" she was showing us round. Her quoted timescales have been on-point at all points. All interactions via all methods (email, text, phone call and in-person) have met top-tier client service standards. Very impressed and very grateful!
