First impressions very very good. Nikhil showed me around the apartment and answered all of my questions. I was between places so it needed to be a quick process for me. Nikhil managed to get everything sorted in 2 weeks. There were a few bumps in the road due to the landlord requesting additional info etc but I got the keys and moved in the same day I signed the contract. I’m very happy with my new flat!! Other helpful agents included Lewis and another who I didn’t catch the name of. Overall a very good experience. Thank you Nikhil

Amazing service and speed. Lewis and his team was extremely pro active and efficient with letting out my property.
Your move have a nice online dashboard and communication was good throughout the whole process to letting out the property which puts you in a less stressful position.
Overall I am extremely happy with how the whole process went.

She was kind, respectful, very complementary and professional. She was happy to answer all of our questions and has worked hard to find out further information for us. She had clearly spent plenty of time performing her research before coming to us, and was able to give us great informative advice about our valuation and what to expect next. She was a delight to work with and I would recommend her to anyone wanting a high quality, well researched valuation with a pleasant and polite agent.

Excellent service from Nikhil Bhatia, I saw him amid viewing with someone else, he noticed I struggle with English and instantly asked me best language to communicate in, he somehow understood I did not understand the process for renting in this country and followed through the whole process with me swiftly and efficiently, the time he took with me is what I am most impressed with.All though I haven’t yet bought property of Your Move I can already confidently say I will be going through this company and especially this young man as he has provided excellent customer service, no other estate agent like it honestly!
