I had a great experience with John Hoole. As a first-time buyer, I was a novice when it came to the purchase process. I was also a little jaded by disappointing viewings and negative experiences of other agents. The first property Zoe showed me was the one I ended up purchasing - from the time I saw it for the first time to completion, Zoe could not have been more helpful. What I expected to be an immensely stressful and frustrating process was actually easy and straightforward. Overall I found Zoe and John's conduct to be very friendly, professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Zoe Woodward at John Hoole, she is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
At one point when our buyers unfortunately pulled out she contacted previous viewers and very quickly found us another buyer. She kept us informed and chased up solicitors etc. all the way through.

Hands down the best in Brighton! Look no further if you are searching for the right estate agent.
We sold our flat with John Hoole and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We mainly dealt with Zoe and she was incredible; So organised and knowledgeable. She was so thorough with chasing up all parties during our sale/purchase. She went above and beyond to get us to the finish line during a very turbulent time in the market when I don’t think many other agents would have managed to.
Zoe was also helpful in giving tips for finding our onward purchase, which ultimately meant we found the perfect place to move.
Lastly- when selling your home you have to talk to your agent a lot and Zoe is lovely, kind and friendly so she was a breath of fresh air during a stressful time.
I hope we don’t have to move anytime soon but if we did need to then we’d definitely be using John Hoole again.

John has helped buy and sell several properties for me and my family. The most recent was the sale of my central Brighton hotel which I had for many years. It was straightforward and didn’t take long even though there were a few challenges along the way. It was not an easy time for me personally, but with John’s help he provided reassurance, superb contacts, invaluable advice and always went out of his way to help.

I’ve dealt with a lot of agents in my time since returning to UK from Cuba, and John and the team are one of the best in Brighton. John is just a really nice person. He is genuine, friendly and knows his stuff. He just happens to be an estate agent!
Seriously, despite some not so good experiences with quite a few estate agents John Hoole is someone I trust and if I ever have to move again I would not hesitate to use.

This was the first time I had sold a property, and I couldn't have asked for a better estate agents than John Hoole. Zoe looked after the sale and I always felt that everything was under control. I like the fact that it's a smaller agency - they always have time for you, and any query or question was answered quickly and efficiently. At the time of writing John Hoole have 105 Google reviews from sellers and buyers, all of them five stars. That's not an easy achievement and should speak volumes to anyone who is considering who to engage as an agent in Brighton & Hove.
