In February I decided to put my flat on the market. I invited 4 estate agents to value the property. Conor and Jack from Mysales turned up at my flat and instead of giving me a 15 minute sales pitch about how their agency has won numerous awards, flaunting sales figures from the past year or giving me an unrealistic valuation, they were straight to the point, and gave me an honest valuation. I liked their no-nonsense, but calm approach to offering their estate agency services. Their estate agency fees were also very reasonable. So I decided to use them for my sale.
Conor was my estate agent throughout the process, and was always available whenever I needed to discuss the sale. I had an offer on the first viewing and accepted. Although the whole process took a bit longer than I had hoped, it was in no way Conor's fault. We were at the start of the global pandemic, all trying to cope with new ways of working, in a chain, and our solicitor was furloughed. I was pleased when we were eventually able to complete the sale and move to our new property and Conor was straight on the phone to congratulate us.
If you're looking for a straight talking estate agency that have your interests in mind then I would highly recommend Conor and the Mysales team.

I have now started my property search since the easing of the government restrictions and have now viewed a few properties. Having now viewed a property through MySales I wanted to say how impressed we were, On arrival Conor was prepared with all necessary PPE, something that has not been present on other viewings.
He was able to answer every question we had about the property and was knowledgeable about the local area to.
A breath of fresh air after A LOT of property viewings, thank you Conor and Mysales
