Great service provided by Gurdev and Harry, thanks. Sold my Mum's house with their help ... it all got a bit stressful towards the end, but their guidance and support was greatly appreciated. Gave me honest opinion of its value and best way to market, not most expensive commission out there either. Thoroughly recommend.

We bought our first house through John Shepherd in Solihull and had a great experience. We dealt mainly with Katie and Shannon who were both fantastic - helpful, professional and efficient. When we had problems with our conveyancers, Shannon helped us to very quickly switch to a recommended conveyancer and sorted it all out extremely promptly. The whole house purchase process happened really quickly from start to finish, helped massively by John Shepherd. They really made things easy for us.
Reason for 4 stars is that we had a bit of difficulty during the offer process. We were refused a second viewing on the property before putting in an offer of at least asking price (despite there being no other interest on the house). We've not heard of this happening elsewhere and the member of staff we dealt with was not very professional. Once the offer was accepted though, everything went very smoothly from there.
We would recommend overall.

If you think of choosing the Estate Agent to sell your house, look no further. We purchased the house last year marketed By John Shepard
It took us almost a year to find the right house and we had a lot of interaction with another estate agents in the area.I can honestly say, that John Shepard were the most professional of of estate agents.
They kept the chain solid and tried to speed up the process by doing things that other estate agents wouldn't be bothered about. Special thanks to Harry who made things to move quicker and was very supportive from the early start till the very end.
If you want to sell or buy a house, feel safe choosing this Estate Agent.

Poor, poor attitude. Young lady was not interested in servicing my enquiry. Seemed more interested in getting me off the telephone to do ‘more important’ things!?! Shocking attitude......as though discussing my needs was way beneath her. I would name the young lady but she knows who she is. My experience only reinforces the opinion of the other two people who have left reviews for this office. The management would do well to address the attitude of certain staff members.

Email via right move, message left on answerphone and message left with person who eventually picked up the phone. Are these people really interested in selling your house? I’m trying to view and no one calls back let alone arranges a viewing! Maybe selling subliminally - definitely not using traditional methods of sales or customer service.
