During a difficult market Ann Wood went above and beyond to help us secure a buyer for our property. It was a bumpy road and without Ann’s support and guidance it would not have reached completion! We cannot thank Ann enough for all of her help during this process! As soon as I spoke to Ann during an initial enquiry about a valuation I new DM&Co were the agent for us. Ann has a wealth of knowledge and experience and kept me sane throughout a stressful process! She is also extremely funny and lovely and you can really tell she cares about her clients. We used DM & Co Premium to sell our house in Solihull in March. They were fantastic from start to finish. Elaine represented us and conducted all viewings personally, and although we had some challenges, due to the moving market trends, she got us through them with good humour and professionalism. We have bought and sold several houses in Solihull over the last 20 years and working with Elaine, Kathy and the DM & Co team was honestly the best experience to date. I would highly recommend them! Selling houses is a stressful experience and using DM & Co certainly limited this for us.
