Worse agacy ever I'm have. If something broken like water leak you raport wait more then 7 days to somebody answer you. Same if you have any problem you send email you wait 7 days to reply from them. When you call nobody answer you leave voice massage not call you back. They call you tell you incredible story you have dog in home but you don't have. Never again cooperate with that agecy

I would follow james which ever company he works for. Always keeps us updated even out of hours which is good for us but can't be ideal for him !

Having dealt with this estate agent on a particular property twice. I feel communication could and should be better.Not kept updated without making having to call quite a lot and has put me off using this agent again.

Top class customer service from the three agents I dealt with when renting my property in Solihull, Birmingham. They responded to all mails/calls almost instantly, kept me informed of next steps and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Based on this level of service, I'd recommend RA Bennett & Partners to anybody looking to rent property in the Birmingham area. Faultless!
