I feel completely let down with my experience I first started being a landlord with smarthomes dickens Heath and paid for the best service so they said. I never received that amazing service and was always climbing mountains to get information about my property and favoured my tenant as he was a footballer rather than a paying customer. I wouldn’t have paid the price I paid if I knew the bar service I was going to receive. I also then had to dispute with my tenant which took 5 months because they never chased it up. It normally takes up to 3 months but I never got any updates. I wouldn’t recommend this branch at all for any landlords and will be telling people I know not to use.... Read more
