Well.. It's unfinished. No roads tarmaced yet. Having wandered round these houses I find them very poor in construction. Wasted space inside. The brickwork is shocking. Mortar marks all over them.. Shocking levels in brick work.. Very poor. The minimum requirements have been met in all aspects of these builds.
I'd pass and spend your money on a better area. The value of them should be queried too..
