What kind of.company rents out 9 flats with out any bins for the tennants some of the tennants don't care and it's a never ending problem

Joined Mike and his team 18 months ago as a new landlord and have been delighted so far with the service provided. Just had to find a new tenant which they found within a very short space of time. Would have no hesitation in recommending as an agent, particularly if you are a first time landlord as I was.

SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR FRAUD.
These people took money off us and did nothing for it.
As a landlord I had to do my own tenant find and referencing for tenants and when I found tenants they lost them for me.
They took money off these applicants and then never even started the referencing process.
I then had to reference them at expense to myself.
The tenants lost hundreds of pounds to Kensington Homes which they would not refund.
These people are sharks.
PLEASE do not subject yourself to this financial abuse.
Tenants now face being homeless in two days time.
