This development showed promise but unfortunately the final finishes don't seem to have lived up to the billing.They have had signs taken down for illegal election, knotweed found at the site (which they have dealt with),and delays on completion of homes. That being said,people are buying them so they can't be all bad but definitely be wary.... Read more

Classic construction site, already managed to work around loads of planning stipulations. Whowever buys a house that has suspicious ground drainage problems... you bought the house built on the old canal basin, where they breached the clay lining. Its going to be a improvement on the derelict warehouses mind.... Read more
