The agreement said they would show prospective purchasers around they showed one couple around I showed the remainder around. They did not once ring and let me know how things were going I did all the chasing. I would think twice about recommending them I think because you signed their agreement they can treat you like s t. Disgusted estate agents.

Steve was so helpful and carried out the appointment viewing of the property himself. The paperwork was completed and processed by the team in an efficient manner and the property was available to be moved in within a couple of weeks, once checks were carried out. I would totally recommend them as a reliable, trustworthy agent to deal with and we cannot thank you enough for the help you gave.

Specifically, Joshua Cleveland, my property manager, has been overseeing a repair at my property for more than a month. He has consistently kept us informed with detailed updates and promptly responded to queries from both myself and the tenants, alleviating any concerns. Joshua is an outstanding manager whom I highly recommend.

They helped us sell the house and also let it while we waited for probate - the level of service from all departments and staff was excellent. Nothing was too much bother.

However, I was not able to find a good property for me and my partner. Finally I found a great property with Trinity Property and explained my situation to Jay.
