These positive reviews must be fake. This "company" is just Hina, and she's a complete and utter nightmare to deal with. Requests for repairs are ignored outright for months, she's rude and obnoxious and is prone to tantrums. She has absolutely no idea what she's doing and causes headaches, don't be surprised if she rocks up at your house unexpected in a private reg Merc.
