Bought a birthday present at auction because they deliver. Explained was urgent, and paid by transfer as they said they would wait a week for card payments to clear.
6 days later they haven't posted it yet..

I usually buy on the Internet connection but have experienced the auctioneer missing a number of my winning bids when the system has confirmed I have won. Also there is a lot of background noise from other employees of the company that interferes with the reception.
