17th Nov 2025 (26 days ago)We bought our new home through Sheridans in Bury St Edmunds in October and, although moving house is never stress-free, this was a surprisingly smooth process. Tamara, Claire, Iain and colleagues were prompt in responding to calls and emails, and helped arrange several visits to the house, both to help confirm it was the one for us, and afterwards to sort out arrangements with the vendors. They also offered advice on removal firms, solicitors, etc and were good in telling us (as relative newcomers to Bury) about the neighbourhoods we visited with them in quite a long search for the right home. I hope we won't be moving for a long time, but if we do, I would certainly look to Sheridans for help, and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Straight away fell in love with the property we are still finalising everything, but Morgan was the agent showing us around and was amazing, so helpful polite and friendly. All our question was answered even done a follow up to see how we were, and could tell how happy Morgan was for us. Then after the viewing Mark contacted us again great help and support through the offer process. Abbotts have been amazing great service highly recommend them.

In particular, we can't thank Charlotte enough. She pulled out all the stops to help get the sale completed, giving constant updates and being very proactive to ensure things went through - this really made a difference when it mattered. We would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Moved into our new home in September (sorry it's taken so long to leave a review!) and couldn't speak more highly of the team, in particular Jack! We were looking for an accessible property for well over a year and Jack always went the extra mile to find something for us, keeping us up to date with properties fresh onto the market and running us through step-by-step. Never afraid to go the extra mile, Rosie’s support and constant communication, when solicitors failed to keep us updated, made the whole process a lot easier than it otherwise would have been. Always available when needed, it was a pleasure to work with her and I would have no hesitation in recommending Minors and Brady because of her support.
