We had to rely on her a great deal during the time of moving.but she never failed to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Zoe and all at Browns who helped in some way or another.
4th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Join a tenant's union and read up on tenant's rights before renting from this hopeless company. Norwich branch dreadful. Absolutely incompetent company, palmed our renting off to the hopeless 'Sequence' sub-company. Took two months to return the non-disputed portion of our deposit due to their shocking incompetence. Would give zero stars if I could, it takes a lot to bring the good name of estate agents into disrepute, but they managed it.- 29th Mar 2024 (18 days ago)Had a fantastic experience working with Amy! We booked the viewing where we met Susan, and we immediately became really impressed with her. 9th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Be careful with your deposit. This company is very sneaky and will take at least half of it for 'cleaning' and minor damage which should come under wear and tear if you're an occupant of the house/flat for a certain period of time. They WILL NOT take this into account which is illegal. They will also avoid or defer discussions on the matter to other companies like DPS which makes it harder to claim your deposit back. They will also ignore black mould in a bathroom, even when asked to do something about it, and were slow to reply (weeks) on anything financial. Untrustworthy, unscrupulous and thieving.

How come there are many agents that don’t ask this information before a viewing?- 8th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Excellent service provided over a 10 year period as a landlord. Always quick to manage and deal with issues effectively, and always willing to help out when asked. Particularly happy with the service provided by the staff when support / info was required when serving an accelerated eviction notice. The subsequent house sale was also managed very efficiently. Professional, knowledgable, friendly and reliable. Would recommend their services to any landlord, house seller or buyer.

Lois went above and beyond anything we expected to help us with a unforseen issue that came up for us. Their communication and assistance is never any less than 100% and they do make you feel like you are all they are focused on. We have and will continue to recommend william h brown and especially Lois and Elliott to all friends and people who are in need of help with renting. Great work and please never stop being you it is very welcoming to all
15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We had sold our house through another estate agent in Mildenhall, after Lyndsey had shown us a couple of properties Henleys were selling we wished we had sold our house through Henleys. Lyndsey was very professional and knowledgeable, she was able to answer every question we had regarding the properties she was showing us and the sale proccess. Her polite manner made us feel at ease and not pressured into any decision. I would definitely use Henleys in the future and would highly recommend them.
18th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From start to finish there has never been a single thing that was too much for them to help with. Buying, selling and moving can be a very stressful process, but you made this as easy as it could be for us. Our forever home has been found, but if we did ever decide to sell we would use Belvoir. I found other estate agents would pester you and just worry about the sale, but Molyneux and Tom in particular were different. They were very professional, helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly, whilst putting your needs first. I would highly recommend using Molyneux in the future to anyone looking to purchase a property.
