Always very responsive, professional, and understanding. I've been asked to provide feedback on an area where they can improve, but I really struggle to think of anything. She was very professional, immaculately presented and had all the facts about the property at her fingertips. Very impressive, although I didn’t end up purchasing the property she was very helpful.
