We purchased from the 1 star review man below Mr Rob Small and can’t thank the team enough for constant chasing plus updating, even when the solicitors were slow & not at the same pace they beavered away 7 days a week to get the sale over the line. The sales progressor even to our file on his holiday, that’s some commitment ?????????? THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH MUCH
5th Mar 2024 (21 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!
22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Cheffins managed the property I was renting 'till recently.Whenever I had a query, the staff were very professional and friendly.Any issues in the flat, e.g. minor repairs were resolved very quickly.I mainly dealt with Ellie and she was very nice and helpful indeed.Would highly recommend.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with this estate agent has been extremely disappointing. They consistently ignored my communications, taking weeks to respond to emails despite multiple follow-ups, and never answering phone calls. Oscar and Spencer, in particular, were unhelpful and often provided incorrect information regarding move-in dates. Additionally, their emails frequently failed to address the questions I raised. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing a property through this agency. 18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)They don’t care about tenants, complained about poor conditions and yet when I finally said no more and moved out I was penalised and charged for it plus extras that were not even caused by me. I’m sure the landlord will be having a great time laughing with my money and not doing anything with the problems that are there.
