My wife and I rented a property with Lang Town and Country for a period of 12 months but throughput that time they were incredibly professional and conducted a few visits but were in no way intrusive. They had there clients wishes at heart and insured that we were keeping the property in the manner it deserved. I wish we had rented our property out with them and not done it ourselves lesson to be learnt I guess. I could honestly recommend them to anyone! This is quite possibly the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with in Plymouth. The staff are useless, rude and lie to you repeatedly. If there is any work needing doing they will overcharge. I have considered suing this company as they put a mentally ill tenant in my property without informing me. When there are any tenant problems they will not help you. You are on your own. Avoid this company at all costs.... Read more

We would like to thank Becky she was so lovely and really helpful with the viewing we had of the property and was able to answer any questions/queries we had. The most important thing to was her honesty and how unlike other estate agents that we have dealt with this week. Unfortunately my self and partner where treated very unfairly by the letting section of this agency we waited 4 weeks paid almost 500 pounds fees to hear nothing back we tried calling several times and with no avail. So we finally cancelled the application as where homeless staying in a hotel which lang town & country had known from the beginning as we had just returned from a year of travelling. I’m not a person to normally review somewhere! Especially a negative review!! but I have to let people know that the treatment we got was very unprofessional and would advise people letting to try another agency ??... Read more
