I have only put average for value for money as the first person who viewed my property offered the full asking price so I had no need to contact them to ask how things were going or to discuss the price of the property further etc. Their property details were thorough and clear. Photos were okay. There is a vast difference on the standard of the information and photos from agency to agency i.e. the one I purchased from had v little info on it - I think, like Falcon, it is important to have as much info available as possible to get people interested and then to have someone attend the property with some knowledge of the information given by the current owner.
