Just about to complete the sale of my late parents' house with Lang T&C (Plymstock) & I've been delighted with their service. The sale wasn't straightforward thanks to some family complications but they handled it all with confidence & professionalism. Paul & Natalie in particular were very pleasant to deal with. Their marketing, video & photography was well done & helped secure a sale at the right price in very good time, so I'm a very happy client. If I were ever buying or selling a property in the area again, I know who I'd go to first.

From meeting Paul at the initial introduction meeting to discuss how we would market the property i was looking to sell, His No Nonsense approach (as well as a recommendation from a family member) is what swayed me to use Lang Town & Country, Josh handled the sale and was very proactive and kept communication flowing which was very reassuring as we had a challenging chain.. but Josh and the team at Lang's ensured things kept moving.. Now the process is completed i would strongly recommend Paul and his team at Lang Town and Country (Plymstock Office) to sell your property..

Buying through Lang Town & Country was an absolute breeze and, considering how stressful the buying process can sometimes be, they did everything possible to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful.<br><br>A special mention must go to Liz, who conducted both the initial viewing and the second viewing, which took place after my offer had been accepted and the property was under offer to me. She was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful on both occasions, making the viewing experience relaxed and straightforward. Her approachability and willingness to help really stood out and gave me a great first impression of Lang Town & Country.<br><br>Another special mention must go to Josh, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire purchase process. His professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out. He worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, particularly when liaising with the various solicitors and agents involved in the chain, making sure everyone was kept informed and doing everything he could to keep things moving forward.<br><br>Even when there were a few issues and delays along the way, Josh remained calm, proactive and reassuring. He was always available when needed, quick to respond to any questions and made a real effort to resolve problems rather than simply passing them on. His willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and gave me real confidence throughout the process.<br><br>Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lang Town & Country provided excellent customer service from the very first viewing right through to completion. Liz and Josh in particular were outstanding, and both played an important part in making the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lang Town & Country, and especially Liz and Josh, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We moved into our house in Plymstock in October 2024 and have just had Paul back to revalue our house after completing extensive renovations.<br>Lang Town & Country were the agent that the property was listed with and completely nailed it when it came to customer service. Considering that we weren’t even their clients they looked after us and were so helpful. Couldn’t be further away from the service provided but the agent we sold our house with!!<br>When we moved in they kindly gave us a bottle of bubbles and a welcome card. We didn’t even get a thank you from our agent.<br>If you’re after an agent to sell your house look no further than Lang Town & Country. You won’t be disappointed ????????????

As first?time buyers, our original purchase came with more challenges than we expected, so we were genuinely dreading the idea of selling. After years of dealing with other estate agents , I finally found one that were professional and personable all in one .<br>Holly has always kept me in the loop and has been amazing , going above and beyond for me .<br>Everyone at Laing Town & Country, have played there part and been fantastic. What a team .<br>So thank you , I would highly recommend for anyone .

Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
