Lang town and Country helped me sell my parents home after the death of my dad. The service was excellent and house was sold quickly. We had a protracted chain which caused lots of delays but Holly in particular is a credit to your business. Nothing was too
Much trouble, I was updated regularly and when I wanted a call back this was prompt. Holly is professional, polite and was very considerate to our particular difficult situation. Thanks Langs to all of the staff who were equally lovely, but in particular thank you Holly. Would have no hesitation but to recommend them.

Terrible customer service, they ask you to provide a lot of information only to actively ignore attempts to communicate. I've heard that, allegedly, they have a strong dislike of children and don't want tenants with families

Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
