Very good agency on the Broadway in Plymstock. The only agency in Plymstock to ask us what we were looking for and then matched appropriate properties to our needs. They recommended a conveyancer who was bit dearer than others but was excellent. Olivia really listened to us to understand what we wanted. Thanks team!

Just about to complete the sale of my late parents' house with Lang T&C (Plymstock) & I've been delighted with their service. The sale wasn't straightforward thanks to some family complications but they handled it all with confidence & professionalism. Paul & Natalie in particular were very pleasant to deal with. Their marketing, video & photography was well done & helped secure a sale at the right price in very good time, so I'm a very happy client. If I were ever buying or selling a property in the area again, I know who I'd go to first.

From meeting Paul at the initial introduction meeting to discuss how we would market the property i was looking to sell, His No Nonsense approach (as well as a recommendation from a family member) is what swayed me to use Lang Town & Country, Josh handled the sale and was very proactive and kept communication flowing which was very reassuring as we had a challenging chain.. but Josh and the team at Lang's ensured things kept moving.. Now the process is completed i would strongly recommend Paul and his team at Lang Town and Country (Plymstock Office) to sell your property..
