We all know that moving home is one of life's stressors. I found the team at Lang selling my house very helpful and communication was great. I also viewed some properties with Lang and received the same service. Questions and queries answered promptly and calls returned without fault. This all made for considerably less stress on my part knowing that Lang were chasing things on my behalf when dates with solicitors started to be discussed. Lang Town and Country were a fantastic estate agent to deal with from start to finish, and far out shone all other agents I interacted with throughout my long and drawn out sale and purchase process. Every member of their staff were professional, friendly and respectful. Their processes were swift, efficient and proactive. I never had to chase them once, for anything. They got my purchase transaction over the line very promptly, a very different experience than I'd had with another agent on a property purchase that fell through (and that I lost money on). Overall a much better experience than I'd had with multiple other agents during my 12 month journey. I wish I'd also sold with them and absolutely would go to them if I ever decide to sell in future. They even gave me a welcome gift and house warming card which was the icing on the cake of a great experience. Thank you to all at Lang Town and Country. ????

Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
