Mark Shodipo and his team secured a tenant for my flat last week after being given a very quick timeframe to do it in. I met with a couple of agencies who I didn't feel had my best interests in mind. I found Emma Fagan, the lettings manager to be very efficient and attentive in letting the property, achieving the rent we wanted and getting the property let very quickly after taking the property on.
