Lauristons property management have been very poor and at times downright unethical in their dealings. When one of their tenants left abruptly without providing notice Lauristons lied to my partner to get her to cover the rent for this person when she didn’t have to. On their advice my partner was significantly out of pocket based on poor advice. They also lied at the end of the tenancy, stating that my partner would have to leave her home of over 3 years because the landlord was renovating the property. This turned out to be untrue and instead they wanted to raise the rent and get new tenants in without giving my partner the choice to stay on with the increase in rent. They have handled the entire tenancy unethically and have caused untold damage to her mental health in the process. I would avoid Lauristons at all cost if possible.... Read more

Estate agent I lived with for many years. Absolutely tried to make me unjustifiably pay for redecorating the flat I lived in. They tried to claim over £5000 in damages from me. I won by independent adjudication that I owed them less than £100. Con artist! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.... Read more

I recently completed a purchase of a property in SW19 through Lauristons and Amir Malekzadeh was a great help from start to finish. He was very kind and accommodating during the initial viewings and proceeded to be extremely helpful during the whole process up until exchange and completion, replying to emails very quickly, calling from time to time to update me on the situation and responding to any questions I had.
